NETPark

The North East Technology Park (NETPark) is a premier UK science park in Sedgefield, providing a mix of infrastructure, collaborative opportunities and support for science, engineering and technology companies.

NETPark supports innovative businesses at every stage of their journey from concept to commercialisation with a wide choice of world-class laboratory, clean room and office space.

NETPark is home to three national innovation centres – The National Innovation Centre for Printable Electronics, the National Innovation Centre for Formulations and the National Innovation Centre for Healthcare Photonics.

Durham County Council is bringing forward a range of new infrastructure at NETPark, including:

North East Space Hub (NESH): A building which will provide dedicated offices, shared labs, and collaboration environments for people, businesses and ideas to connect and create new products and services for the Space sector. It will enable Durham to reinforce its position as the nerve centre for the North East space sector at NETPark.

Disruptive Innovation for Space Capability (DISC) DISC is a building which will provide dedicated facilities and equipment with technical expertise for people, businesses and ideas to connect and create new products and services for the Space sector. It will enable Durham to reinforce its position as the nerve centre for the North East space sector at NETPark.
